Who We Are

Hospice UK is a national charity that works to ensure that people with life-limiting or terminal illnesses receive the care, support, and treatment they need. Hospice UK supports and advocates for over 200 hospices across the UK, providing them with resources, training, and guidance to help them deliver the best possible care to patients and their families. We also work to raise awareness of hospice care and end-of-life issues among the public and policymakers.

What We Do

  • Support more than 200 hospices across the UK that care for more than 300,000 dying people and their families every year.
  • Equipping professionals with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to deliver care.
  • Improving the quality of end-of-life care.
  • Breaking the taboo about death, dying, and bereavement across all sectors of our society.
